Regional Planning Centers
Groendyke has regional planning centers for all chemical and refined dispatch operations. This model gives our logistics professionals a much broader view of our fleet in real time, allowing them to plan your loads more efficiently. Our logistics professionals use TMW Suite to access customer, driver, product, previous load and a host of other status information to make informed decisions that respond to ever-increasing capacity needs in a timely and responsible manner.
Groendyke specializes in inventory management services of customer product levels. We perform storage-tank monitoring at consignees and inventory availability at shipper locations.
Our partner, Geotab, is a leading provider of onboard computing and mobile communications systems for the transportation industry. It lets us quickly locate all our vehicles, track their movements and view them on a standard or satellite-based map. This allows us to accurately predict delivery times and monitor time spent at every location. Email capability through Geotab devices keeps our drivers and dispatchers in close contact.
Groendyke drivers have the option to use our proprietary mobile app to access load information, communicate with the terminal and scan and upload paperwork in real time, among many other features. It also gives them access to libraries of videos, including training and company messaging that keep safety and customer service top of mind. Adoption for the app among drivers is above 90 percent. This app is locked out when driving.

Rail-To-Truck Transfer Center
Groendyke has established a rail-to-truck transfer location at Our Kansas City terminal has a rail-to-truck transfer site for transloading a wide range of liquid products. This lets you position inventory closer to your customers to reduce order-to-delivery cycle time.
